Library Item Material Pick Up Service

Item Requests

Currently enrolled students or employed faculty and staff may borrow physical materials held at the NNMC Ben Lujan Library throughout the COVID-19 related closure so long as the campus determines it is safe to do so. Library staff will work with patrons individually to arrange a pickup time.

Request an Item:

  1. Find an item in the library catalog and complete a request form.
  2. You will be contacted at your NNMC email when the item is ready to collect during the next door-side pickup time.

Pick Up a Filled Request:

  1. Call 505-747-2243 when you arrive in the parking lot south of the library building. Give the library worker your name and NNMC Banner ID.
  2. A library staff member will bring materials to your vehicle.

Return Items:

  1. Items can be returned to the library book drop.
  2. All books are due 28 days after checkout. Patrons may contact us to renew.
