BO Room Logistics
- You will be funneled into BO by predefined group.
- All participants should be able to share screens in their BO rooms.
- Any chats that are generated in the BO stay in the BO room; neither the main rooms or other rooms can see your chats when you are in a designated BO room.
- Presenters will be dropping BO rooms to answer questions/provide comments.
- If you get stuck, there is a button to "Ask for Help". This will send a message to tech staff. They will either alert someone to stop by another room. The other option is to have one group member "leave" the BO room, come back to the main room, and ask for help
