Facilities Information for Internal Groups

NNMC Internal Groups Meeting Space Rules & Procedures

NNMC provides students, faculty, and staff with a variety of spaces on campus for events, activities, and meetings.

Requirements

  • An internal college event is designed and organized by a campus division or chartered group exclusively for students, faculty, and/or staff. All other events, those to which the public is invited, and those involving a third party organization, will be considered outside events and are subject to rental fees, as detailed in the External Groups Meeting Space Rules & Procedures
  • Fees for custodial and security-related services may apply. We offer an array of pre-selected menus with a price range, but can also customize to your specifications and budget. Outside caterers will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

For more detailed requirements, see our Facilities Agreement for Internal Groups.
