Poster Description: The following paper will be discussing the experience of the undocumented Mexican in New Mexico. I will be using a phenomenological approach in this qualitative study. This paper will consist of four people’s experiences that they have faced while being undocumented. Two of the participants continue to be undocumented and two others have obtained legality. The point of this study is to see the discrimination and trials that people face when they are not citizens or residents of the United States and to look at this situation through a human rights lens.
