After you've embedded your video into BlackBoard:
1) Students should be able to authenticate against the proxy (which is where students are asked to enter their Eagle ID as both un and pw).
2) If students are unable to get to the video embedded in BlackBoard, have them authenticate their account via this link: https://nnmc.kanopy.com/signup/auth/university. This should authenticate against their college gmail accounts without a lot of confusion about the need to "log in" vs "sign up".
If neither of these options work or even if the first one doesn't, please have the student contact library@nnmc.edu directly.
